Atlas Perikanan Tangkap dan Pelabuhan Perikanan di Pulau Jawa. Suatu Pendekatan Geografi Perikanan Tangkap Indonesia

The atlas is the result of close cooperation between Géolittomer (Littoral, Environment,
Remote Sensing and Geomatics) of the CNRS and the center for Fishing Port and Transportation Maritime Studies - Research Center of IPB (Bogor, Indonesia).
This atlas is the first of its kind in Southeast Asia. The aim is to deal with fishing activities not by isolating them from other coastal activities, but by placing them within the domain of fisheries as a whole, from catches to consumption and, on a larger scale, within the
economic, social and cultural context of that vast state constituted by the Indonesian archipelago. A global approach which justifies the diversity of the subjects dealt with.

The Atlas comprises 120 pages, including 70 in full colour. Maps, photographs and texts are presented in French, English and Indonesian in A3 (42 x 29.7 cm) format.
